Jordan Leftwich
At Lowk8 Leaks, I specialize in pinpointing hidden water leaks in pools, irrigation systems, and sewer lines — saving homeowners time, money, and unnecessary digging. I proudly serve Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Palmetto, Bradenton, St. Pete, and the greater Tampa area.

Experience
Before launching LowK8 Leaks, I spent four years in the plumbing industry as a Project Manager, gaining a deep understanding of underground piping systems and how hidden leaks impact homes and businesses. Over the past decade, I’ve trained directly in the field with specialized leak detection professionals, learning advanced location techniques through real-world scenarios.
Since 2015, I’ve traced hundreds of water and sewer lines, verified leaks in skimmers and suction lines, and identified cracks in pools and irrigation systems. This hands-on experience built my expertise in finding the root of a problem quickly and accurately, without guesswork and without destroying property.
Certifications
I hold a PMI Certification from the Project Management Institution and am a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). I also completed OSHA-30 training, reinforcing my commitment to safe and professional job practices.
LowK8 Leaks utilizes advanced diagnostic technology including:
- Acoustic listening devices
- Thermal imaging
- Pool dye and pressure testing systems

Why I Do What I DO
Leak detection is like solving a mystery, and I love a good challenge. Finding the exact issue feels like closing a case, and that moment drives me every day.
Most importantly, I want customers to feel relief and confidence. My word means everything, and when I say I’ve found the problem, you can trust that it’s the truth.
Community
Born and raised in Sarasota, I’ve called this area home for 28 years. Serving the community is personal to me; these aren’t just customers, they’re my neighbors.
And yes, I love the Florida heat. That sweat means I’m working hard and giving my best.
Family
LowK8 Leaks is a true family business. My wife and I recently welcomed our baby boy, who motivates me to build a strong future and keep this company growing.
We love exploring the western U.S., discovering landscapes far different from Florida’s tropical coast. However, no matter where we go, Sarasota will always be home. And whether I’m tracking down a mountain trail or a hidden leak, I’m always driven by problem-solving.
